The key to happiness lies in the Thought Process:

There are number of factors that may be the cause of unhappiness for most of the people. Among
these, two major factors are fear & self doubt.

The concept here is, what is looking unrealistic to a person might be judged as real by the brain. Unfortunately the people unknowingly allows their predetermined phobias which prevents them from achieving their goals & dreams.

Happiness is not just to live life in a state of compassion & gratitude but also to implement that in daily routine as well. By empathizing with individuals around & helping them in their tough time; we actually enable ourselves to establish self pride. vaastu helping tips for a healthy & happy marriage life as below:
- The couple’s bedroom should not be in the south-east corner (Agney/Belongs to Fire Element). It may cause the conflicts and irritation between couple. The bedroom should be there in the south-west corner (Neirut) of the house.

- Avoid wall paintings that reflects the negative aspect of life like death, quarrels, violence etc.
- Sharp metal utensils like Knife, scissors, if not in use should be covered in the dining place or kitchen.
- The bedroom shape should be square or rectangular.
- The color of the bedroom should ideally be light in shades of green, blue and rose pink.
- Avoid bringing any office work in the bedroom.
- Couples who aspire for children should avoid sleeping in a room in north- east corner (Eshan).
- Mirrors facing the bed in a bedroom encourage infidelity so should be avoided. Larger the size of the mirror, more harmful it is to a marriage life. If it is not possible to remove the mirror then at least cover it at night time.
- In the room, the bed (preferably wooden bed) should be in the south-west portion, with the head-side in the south direction.
- The gas stove/burner represents agni (fire element) so should be placed in south-east corner (Agney)
- The sink stands denotes water so should be placed in north-east corner (Eshan).
- Couples aspiring for children should never sleep in a north-east room (Eshan). The strong magnetic energies act as a barrier. Avoid any sharp colors or objects in the room.
- Never sleep under the beam otherwise that may cause ill health.
- Decorate the house with crystal show pieces and center pieces. Crystal helps in attracting light, thus lighting up the relationship.

Vaastu shastra is about bringing good health and all round prosperity in lives. Vaastu principles
brings three positive aspects in life i.e. Prosperity, Peace and Progress. Vaastu principles are based on the basic five elements of Nature like the Earth, Water, Sky, Fire and Air. Imbalance in these elements can cause discomforts to the human body and thus result in health disorders. By applying the principles of vaastu, health issues can be mitigated. The subtle energies prevailing in the house, along with the placement of different rooms and items influence the health of an individual. Vaastu helps in such a way that the people suffering from prolong illness cures organically or naturally after balancing the direction imbalance, if any of those are causing the problem.

Due to the presence of vaastu dosh in a living place, there may persists illness among its occupants.
By implementing the Vaastu remedies, numerous health problems can be avoided since human energy is affected by many things including lighting, colours, plants, the placement of furniture, and by the shape and size of a construction.

- A house should be designed in such a way so that there is maximum entry of sunlight and proper cross ventilation.
The entire opening should be made on the North and East Side of the house.
- Head position should be either in south or east direction while sleeping & head should be at least 3 inches away from the wall. Head Pointing to the north leads to stress and aches, as electromagnetic waves flowing from the north may create conflict. 
- Face position should be towards east or north direction while eating. It will enhance the taste and improve digestion system of the body.
- One should not sit or sleep under an exposed beam.
- kitchen's location should be in South-east direction (Agney) & should not be in North-east direction (Eshan) or south or south-west (Neirut). At the time of cooking, eating and drinking avoid facing south-west (Neirut) and south direction. If followed then this principle is specially beneficial for women health as they spent most of time in the kitchen. 
- The source of water or water tank should be in North-east direction (Eshan).
- The old age family member at home should live in South-west direction (Neirut) for their good health.
- While sleeping, avoid radiation exposure like that come from mobiles or any other gadget and any iron objects near the bed. This provides sound sleep & good health.
- Avoid keeping exposed mirrors and if possible do cover laptop screen or TV screen etc.
- Provide maximum distance between kitchen and toilet.
- Working place should be avoided under the staircase. Stairs in the northeast creates tension and high blood pressure. Also if placed in the central portion of the building, it can create major health problem.
- Keep the bed three inches away from the wall & it should not be aligned with the toilet wall. Prefer wooden beds without any storage

- The color of roof and wall should not be same. Additionally there should not be any tree facing window or door. Placing a convex mirror on outside wall will reduce the ill effect.
- Locating a garbage area in the north-east (Eshan) hampers blood circulation.
Closed spaces in the north and north-east (Eshan) disturbs concentration level of children.
- Burning a candle (Source of Agni) in south-east direction (Agney) is always good for health.
- Prefer facing either in north or east direction while working or studying. It sharpens the memory & enhance the decision making ability.
- For devotional purpose & while worshiping, the face should be either towards East or West.
- Do plant basil (Tulsi) in home as it purifies surrounding air. Avoid Rubber, Milky and Bonsai plants in the home as they add to negative energies by raising tension & illness.

Studies suggests that good health and vaastu shastra are mutually related. It is an established fact that the Earth has a magnetic field. We can better utilize the surrounding energy forms like solar, magnetic, radiation or sound energy by applying vaastu principles.

Surya Namaskar Concepts

Surya Namaskar Concepts:

Surya Namaskar, is recommended to execute with an empty stomach. There should be a gap of at least two hours after eating and before performing the Surya namaskar. Surya namaskar is being normally performed in the morning time before breakfast or at evening time.

Steps of Surya Namaskar:-

Step 1 : 

Asana - Pranamasana; Breath - exhale; Chakra - Anahata;
Position - Heart; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रां (om hrāṁ)

Step 2 : 
Asana - Hasta Uttanasana; Breath - inhale; Chakra - Vishuddhi;
Position - Throat; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रीं (om hrīṁ)

Step 3 : 
Asana - Hastapaadasana; Breath - exhale; Chakra - Swadhisthana;
Position - Sacrum; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रूं (om hrūṁ)

Step 4 : 
Asana - Aekpaadprasarnaasana (one foot back, lift head, hands often on earth ); Breath - inhale; Chakra - Ajna;
Position - Third eye; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रैं (om hraiṁ)

Step 5 : 
Asana - Adho Mukha Svanasana / parvatasana; Breath - exhale; Chakra - Vishuddhi;
Position - Throat; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रौं (om hrūṁ)

Step 6 : 
Asana - Ashtanga Namaskara; Breath - suspend; Chakra - Manipura;
Position - Solar plexus; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रः (om hraḥ)

Step 7 : 
Asana - Bhujangasana; Breath - inhale; Chakra - Swadhisthana;
Position - Sacrum; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रां (om hrāṁ)

Step 8 : 
Asana - Adho Mukha Svanasana; Breath - exhale; Chakra - Vishuddhi;
Position - Throat; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रीं (om hrīṁ)

Step 9 : 
Asana - Ashwa Sanchalanasana (opposite foot forward from 4, hands often on earth); Breath - inhale; Chakra - Ajna;
Position - Third eye; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रूं (om hrūṁ)

Step 10 : 
Asana - Uttanasana; Breath - exhale; Chakra - Swadhisthana;
Position - Sacrum; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रैं (om hraiṁ)

Step 11 : 
Asana - Hasta Uttanasana; Breath - inhale; Chakra - Vishuddhi;
Position - Throat; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रौं (om hrauṁ)

Step 12 : 
Asana - Pranamasana; Breath - exhale; Chakra - Anahata;
Position - Heart; Bīja or Seed Mantra - ॐ ह्रः (om hraḥ)

Note : Shavasana is practiced at the end of practice for rest purpose.

Bījas (seeds) or the 12 mantras specific to each asana can also be chanted while performing each asana. 12 Surya Namasakars are practiced per cycle.

The following first 12 mantras corresponds to the 12 asanas in Surya Namasakar and can also be chanted or repeated mentally during the performance of each corresponding asana.

13 ॐ श्रीसवितृसूर्यनारायणाय नमः (om śrīsavitṛsūryanārāyaṇāya namaḥ)

Chakras are points of focus, when performing asanas.
There are a total of 8 different asanas in the sequence of the 12 asana changes of Surya namaskar. Some asanas are repeated twice in the same cycle of a Surya Namaskar. Surya Namaskar is performed facing in the east or west direction.
